Room Duties Include
Vacuum
all rooms with carpet sweep and
mop all floors dust
all reachable areas of t.v.,dresser,cpu,ceiling fans, blinds & trinkets on shelves,coffee & end tables, pick-up clothes,toys & empty waste basket,wipe mirror, & all reachable shelves
We will clean mop your wood,
marble & granite floors with products made for that floor type only, at this time we do not strip, correct or patch
up or refinish floors or walls.
***To better serve you please mention to us if your home
has recently been painted.
In order to provide a safe envirorment
- We do not move furniture
- We do not move appliances
- use a higher than step ladder to clean
- scrub floor on our hands and knees

Kitchen
- Clean counter appliances:
- toaster, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker
- Wipe stove,cabinets,table,sinks,
- sweep
& mop
Restroom - Wipe mirrors,shower doors,clean tub,tile & walls
- clean & sanitize toilet,mild mildew, mild soap scum build-up,sweep & mop,wipe switch plates,
- wipe outside of the cabinet doors towel racks.
The following is included in a move-out
Move-out includes a regular house cleaning
& the following services:
1.Clean Inside oven,drip pans, & oven racks
2. Inside
refridgerator,freezer,inside ref. doors,& compartments,all drawers. (food must be removed)
we will also hand
wipe down inside all empty cabinets in kitchen and inside bathrooms cabinets.

will gladly clean behind your refridgerator,stove and furniture. so as long as it has been moved or will be moved
prior to us cleaning, due to high risk of back injury move furniture.
